 San Diego’s historical landmark skate shop Pacific Drive served as an orphanage and breeding ground of pro surf and skate icons. I soaked it in like a sponge, made friends, kept secrets, developed habits, and became a manager. Friendships lead to careers. From Taylor Steele surf video tours to TM at Burton Snowboards anon Optics. I love surfing but hate the word surfer. I also love the Antiques Road Show, but personally own no antiques.
