Halloween In Portland

Whiskey infused wiener. Cory Grove.

I think if your average joe ventured into Portland on any ol’ day they would look around and think it was Halloween…. so you can only imagine what it’s like on actual Halloween weekend. I made my way up there this year to check it out for myself and walked away with a few photos from the night. See the rest after the jump.
