The GT Pro Performer Brings Back Memories

The GT Pro Performer Brings Back Memories. When I was 12 years old I witnessed this amazing frame. At the time I was racing on a Schwinn Predator which was a sick bike as well but no match for the GT Pro! It was the GT Pro and the Quadangle that the top racers were psyched on, and then came the Hutch but that’s another story. So thanks to the good people at GT for bringing this dope masterpiece back into existence. GT even hooked up the next generation with a kids version as well. If you are a fan of this old school throwback revival you will appreciate this clip. Thank you once again to MFA for the re-introduction to this classic and timeless dirt racing machine!

I had a great opportunity to check out artists Estevan Oriol, Jeremy Fish, Sam Flores and N8 Van Dyke amongst others at the opening of Deus Ex: Human Revolution group art show this past Thursday, July 28th at Wooster Street Social Club. The show’s work was inspired by Deus EX: Human Revolution, one of the most acclaimed video game franchises of all time, artists created limited edition prints exploring the game’s theme of human augmentation in futuristic settings. All proceeds go toward furthering art eduction in schools. Thank you, Ashton Stronks of SA Studios Global and Five Spice Catering for the amazing spread of fantastic food.

Jake Lamagno gets his shine on TheSkateboardMAG.com once again. When was the last time you saw a front side power slide on the main page! Jake came by the SHUT shop after plaining his wheels to death on that 30 foot slide at the Popeye Ledges. Nice photo Darnell Scott.
