Hoods to Woods x FlatFitty | Limited Edition Cap

25 August 2010, 14.20 | Posted in collabs, feel good, hats, kids, videos | 1 comment »

Our homie and columnist Brian Deka Paupaw’s Hoods to Woods foundation gives kids from Deka’s hood of Bed Stuy, Brooklyn the chance to experience and learn from snowboarding, skateboarding, and art. Recently FlatFitty got involved with the foundation and allowed the kids to design a limited edition Hoods to Woods hat. This edit by Deka and Khalid West gives a very real feel for how rad this unique local Brooklyn movement really is, right down to the surprise visit from fellow Bed Stuy dweller Trevor Andrew. To get involved with Hoods to Woods go here.

  1. FLAT FITTY are a rip off.

I sent an order through 7 months ago and it has been nothing but hassle.

They made some minor mistakes that they said would be changed. I waited 4 months only for them to go ahead and make the full order with the mistakes.

Then I was promised to have them in September, then November, then before Christmas.

Last I heard from them was over a month ago, again palming me off with weak excuses…

They have taken money and wont even reply to e-mails.

    It’s scandalous.

    People be warned!!!!
