White Wash Trailer

15 September 2011, 11.07 | Posted in films, surfing | 1 comment »

Judging from the trailer alone, White Wash is going to be one of the most enlightening and important surf films in recent years. Narrated by Ben Harper and scored by The Roots, the film looks back into the history of surf to learn why such a disproportionate number of surfers are black despite the African diaspora’s long history with the sea. Stay tuned for release info.
