nigel boards3 1 SHUT x Nigel Barker
SHUT recently released a rad limited edition board with a rather unlikely collaborator – former America’s Top Model judge Nigel Barker. The deck, which features a dope NYC skyline photo from Barker and is dedicated to his son who learned to skate on a SHUT deck, is limited to only 100 and can be purchased only at SHUT Skate Mechanics on Orchard Street or online here. Poler Stuff x Nike SB | NYC to Iceland

05 November 2013, 15.07 | Posted in Skateboarding, apparel, collabs, outerwear | 5 comments »

Just when you thought Poler might be backing themselves into an “Outdoor Retailer” type corner, boom they hit with a collabo with one of skateboarding’s most legitimate mainstream brands. Yup, that’s Nike SB x Poler Stuff that Alex Olson is rocking on his sojourn from the streets of NYC to Iceland. Including chinos, hoodies, tees, caps, a reversible jacket and a limited number of the Nike x Poler Braata, the collection might not even make the most sense logically but all the pieces are bangers and we want them. Full looks after the jump.

2014 BurtonxMarvelJacket Burton x Marvel Outerwear
First they torture us with the Star Wars collabo, now Burton does it again by making a sick ass collab with Marvel Comics and only making it in children’s sizes. So if you want to rock this dark all over print kit featuring Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Black Widow and Hawkeye, you’re either gonna have to start losing mad weight or buy several pairs, take em apart, and then piece them together into an adult size. Or you could just let the kids have it. Good Luck! A look at the pants after the jump.

We’ve always respected Richard Kern for being a rare photographer who can walk the fine line between pornography and art as well as a guy so transparent about his process. If you’re not familiar, catch up with his NSFW series “Shot by Kern” for Vice and then pick up some of these SFW pieces from Altamont. Full looks after the jump.
