Skateboarding lost Jay Adams, one of it’s most original and iconic characters last August. Today his board company Z-Flex has announced the release of the final board he was working on before his death. The Jay Adams Master Crafted deck was designed completely by Adams with the help of “Professor” Paul Schmitt and will live as a tribute to a man who’s entire life was entwined with his passion to ride. To this day there isn’t a gnarlier dude in skateboarding than Duane Peters. As part of the rollout for the re-issue of four of their original fiberglass boards Z-Flex made a two part documentary that amply reminds us of that fact. All we can say is watch and learn.
