Volkswagen just announced that they are bringing the Beetle into their Rallycross program and gave us some looks at the rad new GRC edition. A collab between VW and Andretti Motorsports the GRC Beetle debuted in LA this weekend at the Red Bull Rally Cross event there and will be a fixture on the continuing global series. Want your next whip to be green and steezy at the same time? Volkswagen has announced the pricing and release info for their all new 2015 e-Golf, yup you guessed it, the electric version of the always rad Golf. This November you can cop the SEL Premium edition for $35,445. For that relatively reasonable price you get a 24.2 kWh lithium-ion battery, an electric motor with 199 pound-feet of torque, a 7.2 kW onboard charger that charges 80 percent battery charge within 30 minutes plus the hatchback and fold down seats perfect for any shred mission. Concluding our coverage of Agenda, Volkswagen gave Rad Collector an exclusive opportunity to push a 2010 Volkswagen Golf GTI from LA to Huntington Beach. A whip in it’s own class, between the turbo charged intercooler engine and the dual GPS displays, the GTI proved to be the perfect accoutrement to the show.
